Ennostar Group is committed to promoting a culture of safety and health. Comprehensive occupational health and safety management systems protect all employees and contractors and prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. In accordance with ISO 45001, the Ethics and Human Rights Code of Conduct, local laws, and EHS system clauses under ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and CNS 45001, the Group has established an EHS Management Manual and Occupational Health and Safety Rules and formed Occupational Health and Safety Committees. The Group identifies, assesses, and controls workplace and operational hazards. To proactively understand potential hazards in processes, facility systems, equipment, and all operations, each function conducts safety and health hazard analyses to prevent occupational accidents and protect occupational health and safety.

 Each Group subsidiary has established an Environment, Safety and Health Committee (ESH Committee) to discuss and coordinate safety, health, and environmental matters, set objectives, and advance continuous improvement plans. Comprehensive contractor management rules, hazard identification and risk assessment mechanisms, accident-investigation processes, and emergency response procedures are in place. Rigorous OSH training, emergency response drills, and hazard-communication sessions strengthen safety-risk awareness among employees and contractors.

The Group ESH Committee is convened quarterly by the President or an authorized representative. Site-level ESH Committees are chaired monthly by each factory manager, and their conclusions apply to the respective site. Members include factory managers or their representatives; the highest-ranking leaders of R&D, support, quality assurance, and HR centers; EHS representatives; and labor representatives, who constitute at least one-third of members, approximately 33%.

 The Group has established a major-hazard identification and risk assessment procedure. Risk assessment techniques analyze potential risks that could lead to abnormalities, and preventive controls reduce the likelihood and severity of hazards. Safety and health hazard analyses examine each function's activities, processes, categories, scope, work steps, machinery and equipment, and job tasks. Hazards are classified as physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, or other, and their likelihood, exposure, and severity are estimated to identify risks and opportunities.

The Group values employee safety. When an abnormal incident occurs, it immediately completes reporting and activates emergency response to minimize personal injury and operating losses. Under the Accident Reporting and Investigation Procedure, an investigation is conducted with labor representatives to identify the root cause and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Investigation reports are presented to the Safety Committee at each site. When necessary, findings are applied horizontally as a basis for improvements at other sites to prevent recurrence.
