To support the government's pathway to net zero emissions by 2050 and exert a positive corporate influence, the Group joined RE100, a renewable energy initiative led jointly by The Climate Group and CDP. The Group has committed to increasing renewable energy to 60% by 2030 and 100% by 2050.

To fulfill its commitment to use 100% renewable energy, Ennostar Group has established and launched four action plans:

  1. Actively enter power purchase agreements: Beginning in 2025, China sites used 100% green electricity, raising the Group's green energy share to 45%. factories in Taiwan continue to enter power purchase agreements (PPAs) and plan to progressively increase green electricity use from 2027, advancing toward the commitment of 100% Group renewable energy by 2050.
  2. Install roo op solar for self-generation and self-consumption: factories in Taiwan have installed 1,360 kWp of roo op solar capacity. By 2025, 1,146 kWp had been completed for self-consumption, generating a total of 1.03 million kWh and obtaining 192 certificates. All systems are expected to be converted to self-consumption by Q2 2026, with estimated annual self-consumption exceeding 1.7 million kWh.
  3. Independent energy conservation: Using 2022 as the baseline, the Group set an energy-saving target of reducing electricity use by 27% by 2030. Energy management and conservation actions cover chilled-water systems, compressed dry air (CDA) systems, air-conditioning systems, lighting systems, other facility systems, process-e iciency improvements, and implementation of ISO 50001. The Group uses ISO 50001 to establish facility-system energy baselines, identify unit energy consumption, and define energy-saving opportunities. By 2025, five sites had completed third-party verification, and implementation is being progressively expanded across all Group sites.
  4. Supplement green electricity use by purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
