Since 2020, Epistar has donated NT$100,000 annually to each of Xinguang Elementary School, Atayal Academy, Taixing Elementary School, and Puhe Elementary School, totaling NT$400,000 in 2025.

The Ennostar Dream Express connects Group social welfare activities: Beginning in 2024, the Group combined two year-end initiatives— Christmas gi collection and the Dream Fulfillment Program—under the Ennostar Dream Express and mobilized employees through gi sponsorship and project donations.

• Fulfill wishes for disadvantaged children and improve learning resources and environments.
• At year-end, jointly raise funds for supplies needed by disadvantaged groups.

 

The“Employee Welfare Committee—Charitable Procurement and Sustainable Selections” campaign began in 2022. It selects high-quality goods from charitable organizations and sustainability-minded stores and holds benefit-point redemption events. Employees may pay using benefit points provided entirely by the committee, with any shortfall deducted from salary. This convenient channel encourages purchases of quality goods while supporting social welfare organizations.

In 2025, partners included the Joyful Double-Love Sheltered Workshop, YCSWF Social Welfare Foundation, Green Sprout Organic, and Buy Directly from Farmers. Employees joined in supporting social causes and sustaining environmental values. Benefit points provided by the committee were converted into social contributions and a virtuous cycle. Cumulative charity procurements from 2022 through 2025 reached NT$11,648,208, demonstrating practical support for social welfare and encouraging employees to carry sustainability forward.
